Customization #1
Residential for builders. Customized programs to meet a builder’s needs. A one-time clean after all contractors are out. Usually one day in and out. Home is made ready for walk-through with homeowner. “Custom Cleaning” includes:
- Interior and exterior window cleaning
- Clean and detail bathrooms
- Clean and detail kitchen
- Vacuum out all cabinets and tops of cabinets
- Wipe down all moldings, doorsills, baseboards, crown molding, and light fixtures
- Sweep, vacuum, and edge all floors, stairs and carpets
- Clean all thresholds
- Wipe down water heater and furnace
- Sweep and power wash garage
Customization #2
Cleaning process is broken into phases. Usually done in 3 phases. Phases are not necessarily consecutive, but rather as needed.
- Phase 1:
- Windows cleaned, inside and outside
- Whole house is rough cleaned
- Phase 2:
- Full clean as per the one time cleaning process as stated above
- Phase 3:
- Either a full re-clean or a touch-up as needed after contractrs are done
Customization #3
Customized cleaning as per a builder’s needs. The builder will choose as many services from the menus listed above.
Additional services offered:
- Carpet cleaning, shampooing or extraction
- Power washing
- Touch-up service before settlement
